How Karki Ventures handles the information you share on this website.
Who we are
Karki Ventures Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company no. 826321). For anything about your data, email info@karkiventures.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email, business name, current website, budget and message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.
- Store orders: your name, email, what you bought, the amount, when you agreed to the download starting straight away, and how many times the download was used. We use them to deliver your download, help with questions and keep the accounts the law requires.
- Launch lists: your email and the product you asked about. We use it to send one email when that product goes on sale.
- Spam protection: a scrambled, one-way version of your internet address is stored with each message so we can block repeated spam. It can't be turned back into the address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months. Launch-list emails are deleted once the launch email is sent. Client records and store orders are kept for six years, as Irish tax law requires.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice and your launch-checklist ticks in your own browser; these never leave your device. If we add visitor statistics later, we will ask for your consent first, and saying no will be as easy as saying yes.
Who else handles your data
The website and its database are hosted by Hostinger. Emails are sent through our Hostinger mailbox. Store payments are handled by Stripe (including its Link service where Link sells on our behalf), which processes your card details and payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. Free template downloads are counted per day, without recording who downloaded them.

Some links to other companies may earn us a commission. When you follow one, that company's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
